MULTI-SPORTS CLUBS FOR SCHOOLS
Fun and inclusive girls and boys multi-sports clubs delivered by trained and experienced coaches at your school
PRIMARY SCHOOL MULTI-SPORTS CLUBS
Why choose just one sport when children can experience something different every week? Our Primary School Multi-Sports clubs introduce girls and boys aged 5-11 to an exciting variety of sports, activities and team games.
Children can experience everything from Football, Dodgeball and Basketball to Hockey, Athletics, Tag Rugby and Mini-Tennis, giving them the chance to discover new activities and find the sports they enjoy most.
Each session combines age-appropriate games with opportunities to develop fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, throwing, catching, balance and coordination. Our experienced sports coaches keep sessions varied, energetic and accessible for all abilities, making Multi-Sports a fantastic addition to your school’s after-school and extracurricular activities.
WHY CHOOSE MULTI-SPORTS?
Not every child knows which sport is right for them, and Multi-Sports gives them the freedom to find out. By experiencing a broad range of activities, children are exposed to different movements, challenges and ways of playing, tactics, formats and rules, helping them discover new strengths, interests and abilities they may not have known they had.
The variety keeps sessions fresh and exciting while supporting well-rounded physical development, including fitness, coordination, agility, balance and spatial awareness. Moving between individual challenges and team games also helps children learn to adapt, cooperate, communicate and build confidence in unfamiliar situations.
With the emphasis on participation, enjoyment and giving things a go, Multi-Sports can be particularly valuable for children who haven’t yet found a traditional sport they connect with, helping create positive experiences of physical activity from an early age.

about PLAY SPORTS JUNIORS after school sessions
Girls and boys of any ability can expect to gain valuable sport experience over planned, weekly extra-curricular sessions during term-time. Aimed at school years 1 to 6, Play Sports Juniors helps develop agility, balance, and coordination through a mix of games, physical activities, and skill-building exercises, split into KS1 and KS2 after-school groups.
For Play Sports Juniors, one of the most important things to us is promoting the social side of sport and the sense of belonging to a team. Playing in a team has huge personal, social and emotional benefits and we firmly believe that there is a sport for everyone.
If children can have positive experiences of sport during their time at school, they can bring these experiences into their adult lives, continuing to stay active and enjoy taking on new sports and challenges in the future.
