What happens if it rains?
Some of our sessions are outdoors, depending on court availability at each school, and being in the UK that means the weather can affect play. We monitor the weather every day and talk to the coaches throughout the day to determine whether the sessions will go ahead if there is no indoor space available. If the school has an indoor space that can be used then we will run the sessions from there in bad weather. If not, decisions will be made to cancel no later than 12pm on the day.
If it rains and there is no other available space to hold the session, the school/parents will be refunded. All refunds are be processed at the end of each term, or can be taken off the next invoice for the new term if they continue
If the decision is made to go ahead with the session and the weather gets worse the coach will make the decision as to whether it is safe for play to go on. If it starts raining partway through a session, coaches will stop play if they feel it is getting dangerous.

The core of each session will be planned ahead of each term, giving the coach flexibility to adapt, depending on the progress/ability of the children attending.
